Aromatherapy
Aromatherapy is a complementary therapy that is based on the use of concentrated plant essences. This is where the term essential oil comes from. Aromatherapy is used to reduce the symptoms of a range of conditions and aims to improve both physical and emotional wellbeing. Your Aromatherapist will discuss your care before carrying out your procedure, essential oils will then be selected and blended together designed to meet your individual needs.





Holistic Massage
A massage tailored to suit your needs, a personalised blend of oils will either tone, detoxify, energise or soothe the body as they are massaged deep into the skin.





Tranquillity shoulder, neck, scalp & face massage
Float away during this 45 minute massage of pure bliss, leaving you with a total feeling of well-being.




Indian Head Massage
Designed to help ease tension - to relieve and calm emotions of the mind. Bamboo Massage
This wonderful massage uses warm bamboo stalks to provide deep tissue work combining elements of shiatsu, Thai massage and lymphatic drainage. Another great massage for people who like a firm deep tissue massage.





Bamboo Seated Chair Massage
A non-invasive treatment using the bamboo stalks. You remain fully clothed and seated on an ergonomic chair, fabulous for getting rid of knots and tension in your neck, shoulders, back, arms and legs.




Seated Acupressure Chair Massage
Acupressure points along with massage are worked on in this fully clothed non-invasive treatment.




Thai Compress Massage
Based on the holistic principles of Ayurveda medicine, hot herbal compresses are used to relive chronic problems such as back pain, muscle pains and inflammation. The Thai herbal compresses are made up of a blend of aromatic medicinal herbs which are applied to the body in a soothing and relaxing massage.





Reflexology
An ancient pressure point technique for the feet and lower leg combined with massage. Reflexology aims to rebalance the body on a physical,mental or emotional level, promote relaxation, improve sleep, and reduce stress.





Hot stone Reflexology
The warmed volcanic stones create a sensational experience melting away stress and tension, relaxing your mind and body – pure indulgence.




Thai Foot Massage
This treatment combines acupressure, stretching and massage using thumbs, fingers hands and a thai foot stick which is applied to specific points during the treatment. Great for rebalancing the body and re-engergising tired feet and legs.




Pregnancy Massage
Having regular massage during pregnancy will help your ability to relax during the first stage of labour, this can result in shorter and easier births. Research has shown that the baby can greatly benefit from the massage as endorphins are released, massage encourages the release of oxytocin (a pain reducing hormone) which is vital for pain relief during labour. This treatment is carried out by specially trained therapists.

Ideal from three months onwards, this combined facial, scalp, arm, hand, leg and foot massage specially designed to soothe and condition your skin leaving you feeling relaxed, pampered and refreshed.

Reiki
Reiki works on all levels: physical and psychological with the greatest benefit on your emotional well-being. All Reiki treatments are carried out by our Reiki master.





Meditation
Meditation is used for relieving stress, it helps stimulate the relaxation process, can help improve the immunity and healing due to the effect it may have upon our bodies systems. Practice using the breath and guided visualisation to achieve ultimate relaxation. Meditation can be added to some of our treatments for the ultimate in relaxation.
