Treatment Cancellation Policy
For long appointments a 50% booking fee is required, which is non-refundable and to be paid at time of booking.
If we do not receive at least 24 hours notice of a cancellation the full amount will be charged.
Children's Parties and Pamper Parties
A 50% booking deposit is required, which is non-refundable and to be paid at time of booking. Remaining amount payable on the day. Any changes or alterations to bookings to be made at least 7 days in advance otherwise the full amount will be charged.
Children's party:
Min number of children - 5
Max number of children - 10
Teen party:
Min number of teens - 4
Max number of teens - 8
Minimum number of children/teens will be charged for if party guests do not arrive.
Workshops
A 50% booking deposit is required, which is non-refundable and to be paid at time of booking. Remaining amount to be paid 7 days in advance of workshop. Any changes or alterations to bookings to be made at least 7 days in advance otherwise the full amount will be charged.
Payment
Escape accepts cards, cash or cheques.
Punctuality and Courtesy
As a courtesy to other clients following your appointment, late arrivals may result in a reduction of treatment time. We will endeavour to carry out what we can within the time slot allocated, or suggest a re-booking.
Mobile Phones
Please switch off mobile phones before and during your visit.
Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase and can be used on any beauty treatments or products at Escape. There is no cash redemption.
