 Treatment Cancellation Policy

For all our appointments  a 50% booking fee is required, which is payable on booking, this booking fee is paid to secure the appointment time and is strictly non refundable. Please understand if this appointment is cancelled at short notice we may not be able to fill the space, therefore please give us at least 72 hours notice to make any amendments or to re-schedule your appointment time. Unfortunately if 72 hours notice has not been given then the full appointment cost will be charged regardless of reasons. Refunds or re-scheduling will not be given under any circumstances if notice has not been given. 

Online Bookings
For all online bookings our cancellation policy is the same as above and our Terms & Conditions will appear when a booking is made and as all appointments a 50% fee will be charged to secure your appointment time as above.

Children’s Parties and Pamper Parties
A 50% booking Fee is required, which is strictly non-refundable and to be paid at time of booking. Remaining amount to be paid at least 14 days prior to party. Any changes or alterations to bookings to be made at least 14 days in advance otherwise the full amount will be charged.
Children’s party (4 – 12 years):
Min number of children – 5
Max number of children – 15
Teen party (13 – 16 years):
Min number of teens – 4
Max number of teens – 10

Payment
Escape accepts cards,  cash, &  bank transfer

COVID

For any bookings/parties that have to be cancelled by Escape due to COVID or any circumstances that are out of our control refunds will not be issued. All bookings will be scheduled to another date to suit following government guidelines. 

Salon / Government Guidelines

Please familiarise yourself before attending your appointment. Failure to observe safety measures will result in services not being provided and payment will be taken. Please understand we have a duty of care to keep our staff and clients safe. 

  • We are operating at a reduced capacity and have calculated the amount of clients we can hold in the salon whilst maintaining social distancing rules. It is paramount that you attend your appointment alone for this reason.
  • Please arrive on time for your appointment, no earlier or later to reduce congestion and contact between other clients.  Please be prepared to wait outside if clients are at reception.
  • You can wear a mask when attending your appointment please ask your therapist to wear a mask also if preferred.

Just For Adults

We love people of all ages however please note:

  • No prams or children are allowed in the salon.
  • Please do not attend your appointment with children, you will not be able to have your treatment and the treatment/booking will still be charged, we ask that you kindly find a babysitter for the courtesy of all of our clients.

Medical Conditions/Allergies

Please let us know prior to your appointment of any medical conditions as in some cases medical approval may be needed and we want to ensure you are booked with a suitable  treatment and therapist.

Pregnant or Breastfeeding.

Congratulations! Please let us know prior to your appointment as some treatments are not recommended at this time and we want to ensure you are booked with a suitable treatment and therapist.

Punctuality and Courtesy
As a courtesy to other clients following your appointment, late arrivals may result in a reduction of treatment time. We will endeavour to carry out what we can within the time slot allocated, or suggest a re-booking which would be payable.

Treatments

All appointment times include Preparation, Consultation and Relaxation.

Mobile Phones
Please switch off mobile phones before and during your visit.

Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase and can be used on any beauty treatments or products at Escape. There is no cash redemption.

Patch Tests
We require patch tests for Tinting, LVL, Lash Extensions, Henna Brows and Brow Lamination. Please make sure you arrange this a minimum of 48 prior to your scheduled appointments if you do not receive a patch test we will not be able to carry out your treatment and your booking will still be payable. Please note we are not responsible for chasing or reminding  of patch tests, Patch tests must be carried our every 6 months.
