Treatment Cancellation Policy
For appointments of 1 hour or more or over the value of £40.00 a 50% booking fee is required, which is payable on booking.
If we do not receive at least 48 hours notice of a cancellation the full amount will be charged.
Your booking fee is paid to secure this appointment time and we cannot fill this space if cancelled at short notice therefore a 48 hour minimum notice is required to make any amendments.
Refunds or re-scheduling will not be given under any circumstances if notice has not been given.
For all online bookings Terms & Conditions will appear when booking is made and a 50% fee will be charged to secure your appointment time as above.
Children’s Parties and Pamper Parties
A 50% booking deposit is required, which is non-refundable and to be paid at time of booking. Remaining amount to be paid at least 14 days prior to party. Any changes or alterations to bookings to be made at least 14 days in advance otherwise the full amount will be charged.
Children’s party (4 – 12 years):
Min number of children – 4
Max number of children – 15
Teen party (13 – 16 years):
Min number of teens – 4
Max number of teens – 10
Escape accepts cards or cash.
Punctuality and Courtesy
As a courtesy to other clients following your appointment, late arrivals may result in a reduction of treatment time. We will endeavour to carry out what we can within the time slot allocated, or suggest a re-booking which would be payable.
All appointment times include Preparation, Consultation and Relaxation.

Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase and can be used on any beauty treatments or products at Escape. There is no cash redemption.
We require patch tests for Tinting, LVL & All Lash extensions please make sure you arrange this a minimum of 48 prior to appointments if you do not receive a patch test we will not be able to carry out your treatment.
