In any event, an administration fee of £30 will be charged for each cancelled and rescheduled training days.
Note: We regret that the above discretionary exceptional circumstances can only be applied once. If subsequent planned course dates are again cancelled we reserve the right to retain all monies paid regardless of the amount of prior notice given.

EXAMS
Please note that ITEC arrange dates for practical exams, these are held 2 times a year and 6-12 months after all coursework is completed. A minimum number of students are required for practical exams to run if the minimum number is not met, the practical exam would roll over to the next available examiner visit. Alternatively we may be able to arrange for you to take your practical exam at another centre earlier if available however any additional costs would be payable by the student.
We invite students who are not 100% confident after the course and have therefore not passed on the day to come and join the next course (space permitting) in the same subject or to return once for a tutor session free of charge. Tutors also have the option to ask students to complete a written, oral exam and case studies. This is at their discretion and is to keep standards high. If students pass on the day and would like refresher sessions a fee is payable.
We are not responsible for any emails that you do not read on time which relate to your course, changes or cancellations. If you do not hear from us then please email or telephone us so that we can re send any emails you did not receive.
