All courses must be booked in advance and paid in full or at least at least 2 weeks prior to the course date to retain your place.
All PAYMENTS are strictly non refundable and non transferable. If you cannot attend a training day, then you must give us advance notification of 14 days.
Where at least 14 day’s notice is given :
In cases such as this you will not receive a refund, however you may be offered the option to reschedule your training. In this instance a £30 administration fee is charged PER DAYS TRAINING CANCELLED & RESCHEDULED.
Where less than 14 days notice is given:
Please note that you will lose your course fee and training days if you do not give 14 days notice. You will appreciate that late notification will leave our tutor with vacant diary dates that cannot be immediately filled.
In exceptional circumstances, and at the discretion of the course tutor, certain late cancellation notices will not result in the loss of course fees. Examples of such circumstances include medical reasons, but we insist that a doctor’s letter is presented to us before we reserve a future training date. In any event, an administration fee of £30 will be charged for each cancelled and rescheduled training days.
Note: We regret that the above discretionary exceptional circumstances can only be applied once. If subsequent planned course dates are again cancelled we reserve the right to retain all monies paid regardless of the amount of prior notice given.
If students do not attend on the day of the course, or they are unreasonably late they shall lose the full course fee. Subject to terms.
Escape Training Academy reserves the right to re-allocate the course place to another delegate if fees are not paid on time. The option to transfer can only be used once, after which any movement will be considered a cancellation. Please note that ITEC arrange dates for practical exams, these are held 2 times a year and 6-12 months after all coursework is completed. A minimum number of students are required for practical exams to run if the minimum number is not met, the practical exam would roll over to the next available examiner visit. Alternatively we may be able to arrange for you to take your practical exam at another centre earlier if available however any additional costs would be payable by the student.

We invite students who are not 100% confident after the course and have therefore not passed on the day to come and join the next course (space permitting) in the same subject or to return once for a tutor session free of charge. Tutors also have the option to ask students to complete a written, oral exam and case studies. This is at their discretion and is to keep standards high. If students pass on the day and would like refresher sessions a fee is payable.
